High On Koak, left, at the South Country Derby, Cardston Alberta, May 16-18, 2014. Kassy Brough and Koak placed 2nd in the 2nd go!.

As Good As Nick Gets is an own son of Dr Nick Bar.  I had a gelding out of Koak and Dr Nick Bar several years ago.  He was one of the easiest geldings to train--I wanted to get another one like him so I crossed the dam, Koak (by Docs Oak) to As Good As Nick Gets.  This young stallion is a full brother to Willy Nick Bar, who won all three go rounds of the BFA World Championship Futurity his futurity year and is now owned by Lindsay Sears.  This filly has great muscle and a feminine head.  She can really sit down and turn.  I feel Koak and Dr NIck Bar is a great cross and will also be a great outcross for breeding to Dash For Cash bred horses.
